Equipment available for training
- 2 x 120kg logs (Men), 2 x 50kg logs (Women)
- 1 x 350kg tyre (Men), 1 x 180kg tyre (Women)
- 1 x SCDF Red Rhino (subject to availability)
- New Challenge (subject to availability)
Finalists may wish to bring their own training apparel such as gloves, straps etc.
